Eligible unused products may be submitted for return authorization within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. A return request does not automatically guarantee approval or a refund. To qualify, the product must be unused, unmodified, complete, and in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories, manuals, batteries, chargers, labels, and other components included. The product must show no evidence of operational use, testing, installation, contamination, wear, misuse, or completed work. All returns are subject to authorization, inspection, and the complete Return, Refund, Exchange and Product Representation Policy.

The product name;
The reason for the return;
Photographs of the product, packaging, serial number, and accessories; and Video evidence if you claim that the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or malfunctioning. Do not send any product back without written return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Contact PixelPortech as soon as possible and within 48 hours after delivery if your package or product arrives visibly damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. Please provide photographs or videos of the product, shipping carton, internal packaging, shipping label, serial number, and all received components. The 48-hour period is an evidence-reporting period for shipping damage, incorrect-item, and missing-component claims only. It is not the general return deadline and does not replace or shorten the 30-day return-request period for eligible unused products. Delayed reporting may limit PixelPortech’s ability to confirm the product’s delivery condition or submit a claim to the carrier or fulfillment provider. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
